• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
• Buyer’s remorse or personal preference

• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Incorrect (wrong item, design, size, or color received)


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:


• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem


Once reviewed, our team will work to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Items must remain unwashed and unused until the issue has been reviewed. Claims submitted outside the reporting window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
