Refunds, Exchanges and Store Credit

Every love is. shirt is produced after an order is placed, but standard catalog apparel is still eligible for the size and color exchange policy below. Personalized, specially customized, clearance items and products clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible.

Size and Color Exchanges

Standard catalog T-shirts and hoodies may qualify for one size or color exchange. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@wearloveis.com with your order number and requested size or color.

To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have the original tags attached. Exchanges are limited to the same product in another available size or color.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless love is. sent the incorrect item or the item arrived defective. Once an exchange request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Availability of the requested size or color is not guaranteed.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, email [contact@wearloveis.com] with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs when applicable. We will review the information and determine the appropriate next step.

Refunds and Store Credit

love is. does not generally provide refunds for standard apparel. Approved claims may be resolved through an eligible size or color exchange or store credit, depending on the circumstances. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Lost, Delayed or Marked-Delivered Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact [contact@wearloveis.com]and the shipping carrier. love is. will help review the available tracking information and determine the appropriate next step. Contacting us does not guarantee an automatic refund or replacement. love is. is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

love is. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
